For servicing a small community the wait time at the desk can be up to 20 minutes with one clerk running the whole show(even though the rest of the staff doesn’t appear to be engaged in productive output). It was especially worrisome at the height of Coronavirus outbreak with “shower curtains used as barriers for the first 3-4 years(it looked like the same ones). They’re not willing/able to help with heavy packages-they will place them on the counter top. In short I miss the service and atmosphere Ralph had at job
