Surprisingly easy parking right outside during weekdays, and handily placed drop off boxes.

I have been a customer at this Mailbox location for nearly twenty years. Recently, I visited to retrieve my mail without my key. A woman named Rauge requested identification, which is standard procedure. She then explained why a key is required to access the mail, stating that I had forgotten mine at home. I purchased a key, but she was extremely rude, and this behavior was noticeable to everyone in line. Her lack of professionalism was evident, and I apologized for the inconvenience caused by her having to leave her chair to retrieve my mail. As a mental health professional, I believe her conduct warrants assessment. Additionally, I purchased a folder, but she forgot to stamp it as proof of purchase, requiring me to remind her. My mother went here to get my baby sister's passport done and had a really bad experience with a worker there (Vietnamese; stubby, short woman). My mom is an immigrant from Vietnam who only had an education up to elementary school; the lady kept being really critical about my mom and her literacy level, the lady is fluent in Viet and English so she criticized my mom for coming from a now rich part of the countryside but my mother had no money at the time for an education when her home town was and is still very rural. She kept telling my mom about why she would immigrate if she didn't pursue an education here even though my mother juggled multiple jobs to raise our family. (Which was none of the lady's business anyway; highly unprofessional) Very rude short, stubby Vietnamese worker; she yelled at my infant (1month old) sister and my family about, "Why is she crying so much?!" "Go out!" Like bruh, babies cry--especially if they're new to the environment outside--my parents did their best to stop her crying.

I submitted my passport application. I was a bit nervous beforehand because of the reviews I had read, but Kim was kind and professional, which was different from what I expected. I think the process went smoothly because I had prepared my documents in advance and had an appointment. I hope that those who are doing their jobs properly and appropriately are recognized and fairly evaluated.
