The keys didn’t work for either post box (the one listed on the receipt or the one on the contract). When we tried to resolve the issue, the staff claimed they couldn’t look us up without a paper receipt even though we had our contract, keys, IDs, and the digital proof of a box. They shipped all packages back to sender and refused to hold packages. Staff refused to offer solutions without a receipt and were consistently rude. Days after, a manager gave us a call. They apologized, but did not mention a commitment to process changes that might prevent these issues in the future.
