After a number of frustrating experiences at one of the private shipping companies, decided to go old school and hit USPS. To the management of this office- Bao is the BEST! He was efficient, friendly, knew the details of what each customer needed and helped each customer navigate the best options for 3 very specific needs across multiple clients. Absolute pleasure to work with him with and I hope he’s in the time I swing by.
