- KTKristen TateMar 24, 20261.0I paid hundred of dollars for a mailbox here. It took 3 attempts for them to correct my email in their system. Because the email was incorrect, I wasn't notified that packages had arrived – they just sat in the back for several months until the employee who finally corrected my email thought to check. I'd just paid for another 6 months for the box when I discovered the packages (and that my box had been incorrectly blocked off yet again), and the manager did not respond to repeated requests for a refund or acknowledge my request for mail forwarding when I moved my mailbox elsewhere. I will never set foot in this store again for any reason – all told I spent several hundred dollars for some of the worst service I've had from any business.
