Hours are not consistent. Stood in line with several other folks recently based on the 8:30am start time. By 9am, still no one showed up.

Staff is SO rude and unprofessional. They make you feel like you’re a nuance for going there. Even asking if they can throw out a piece of paper they refuse and tell you to use one in the parking lot- avoid. Another locations in the area are way nicer

I dropped off a high-value Next Day Air package at this UPS Store on Saturday (3/21 around 3:30 PM). The package was accepted, scanned, and I was given a receipt with weight and tracking. Before that, I was left standing at the counter for several minutes while employees focused on printing screenshots from another customer’s text messages instead of helping people in line. It was unprofessional and set the tone for the entire interaction. It is now several business days later, and the shipment has never received an origin scan, meaning it never entered the UPS network. I returned to the store in person to resolve this, and the employee did not check the back, review logs, or attempt to locate the package. I was simply told, “if it was here, it went out,” while they looked at the same tracking I already had. Given the value of the item and the fact that the store accepted and scanned the package, this lack of accountability is extremely concerning. I’ve now had to escalate this as a missing shipment. If you are shipping anything important or high-value, I would strongly recommend using a UPS Customer Center instead of this location.
