  The store clerk answered my phone call politely and answered my question regarding Live Scan informing me of what is needed before going to his store so that I was prepared. He was very friendly when I arrived at the store and knowledgeable about performing the Live Scan requirements.

  Employee at this store was kind, patient, and accommodating with my request to have wine glasses packed to ship across the country. He handled the transaction and the fragile package with care.

  absolutely horrible customer service. this is such a bad look for ups. go to the fedex across the street if you can. so many random hidden fees and overall negative experience

  The store is never opened on time. When the person that others have complained about(short, dark haired, heavy) does finally showed he saunters in not caring that there have been people waiting. It is obvious that he just doesn't want to be there. After finally taking my package he tossed the receipt on the counter and walked away rather than handing it to me. Not a single word. Did the same thing to the previous customer.
