  WARNING: They will charge you $15 if you use them as an Access Point delivery destination. I had a package sent there and when I went to pick it up they said there would be a $15 "Hold for Pick-up" charge just to get the package I had sent there because UPS couldn't competently deliver it to my home address and I'm not a "mailbox customer". Highway robbery!

  Should have guessed from the reviews. Service is incredibly slow and incompetent - waited 15 minutes as the attending employee tried to help the guy in front of me mail a package. This team needs an overhaul.
