- JBJon BrinkApr 13, 20265.0Gotta give major kudos to Ezra for helping my wife and I ship out 72 packages. We were turned away aggressively by USPS, and politely encouraged to go elsewhere by two other UPS locations. Ezra didn't bat an eye and worked with us quickly, and even finished the final details of sealing the boxes for us once he had the labels printed. This meant that we didn't need to stay at the store for hours with him: he just accepted the boxes and let us be on our merry way. Guy deserves a raise!

The employee said at this franchise they don’t do that and you have to put it in a box to ship other ways. They told me to try another store. Found the rate on the UPS website but they said no go….Huh?

But there’re three specific black guy (one with a hat and the other one wearing a green band?) coming to the store and yelling at people in the line???? Do the employees know them personally or they just tried to vandalize the place??? It happened three times and always the same group of people. I hope the UPS store will take action against it
