  FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

  The staff here are ok and just doing their job the best they can given the tools given. However, FedEx as a company cannot deliver a single package to my home reliably. This has happened every single time I ordered something valuable. They don't attempt to deliver, and pickip up the package is a pain because I cannot just tell them to hold at location. I HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB. I have to drive after work to pick up my packages, and sometimes manage to do so if I am lucky. I go out of my way to skip fedex but sometimes it is unfortunately not possible. Worst company ever

  Very easy and quick. I was greeted immediately by the staff upon entering. The entire process was seamless—I got in and finished exactly what I needed to do in less than 2 minutes. Highly efficient service.
