- CACathy A.2 days ago1.0FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

I recently visited the store to correct a typo on a shipment address that couldn't be resolved online because the associate had not linked the package to my account. Rather than assisting, the store manager was dismissive and unhelpful. Given the premium pricing of FedEx, I expected a much higher quality of customer service especially as the shipper. Instead, I walked away with no resolution and my package is now lost somewhere. There are so many alternative national or local shipping options -- moving forward, I will definitely be using those.
