Can’t even print a pdf. The printer wasn’t working I asked the guy for help he didn’t have any clue. He just had me keep sending the pdf to the printer over and over even though it wasn’t working. After 20min I walked out

I’ve been a FedEx account holder for several years and I’m largely satisfied at every location I send out my packages from. This location is an exception. I had 7 packages to ship, and DaLyn straight up refused to take care of me. Huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes, and literally saying “I don’t have time for this” Meanwhile, I’m the only customer in the store. One of her coworkers is on break, which she groaned about. Her other coworker was fixing something at the other checkout station. After being ignored for a bit, Jennifer stepped in to take care of me. It took all of 10 minutes to complete the seven shipments. God forbid DaLyn be bothered to do her job with the only customer in the entire store.

DaLyn at this FedEx went above and beyond to help me with a big printing job. I called several places in town and she not only offered the best price, but she helped me through every step of the way! I really did not expect such great customer service. I will absolutely return here for every printing job in the future. And I hope DaLyn is working!
