Did not honor a hold mail request I submitted on time and delivered a package while I was gone. Call customer service sent me their local office phone number to try and fix the issue but no answers. Very disappointing and unreliable.

Long lines with people almost on the street. Was there on Monday morning and only one person was working. If you can’t afford to hire more than one person just close the store.

1-2 agents, line out the door at 3pm and waited 45-50 minutes. Came to pick up a package on behalf of a friend (he put in my info into the USPS system as an authorized person for pickup). Agents refused to give the package or even check if the package is available, refused to look anything up in the system, refused to tell me what “authorization” even means (seriously). When I wanted to speak with a supervisor to look up the package info, they gave me a piece of paper to add my contact info. What a waste of everyone’s time…
