Not only is it in a safe secure federal building, but with all the random shootings I feel so safe coming here... its a bit tricky if you don't do some research on where to enter... but its like trying on makeup for the first time.. so you go to the side with all the concrete and flags.. there's a maze like Disneyland so your not all bunched up.. the worse the weather the shorter the line lol.. sometimes no line at all.. now you gotta show your id and do the x-ray bin and belt thing.. like I said ( Safe ) .. the elevator is used to go to the basement.. admin, laundry, you know the behind the scenes jobs office's. But your in and out in minutes or less depending on what you need.. they take debt & cash.. have stamps. They do not have a change machine or ATM at this location.. I love this place.. s
- AKalara karginOct 2, 20255.0my honest review of this post office is that it’s great! i’m not one to write google reviews but i had to for here. usually the other customers complaining about a long line come in the afternoons, but as a regular here, i come in the mornings and there’s usually only one or two people before me. all staff are very helpful and courteous towards me with mailing and picking up stuff. i’m a small business owner and this post office is my go-to for mailing stuff off because of how patient everyone is at 11 in the morning, surely it isn’t easy dealing with a bunch of grumpy customers :P definitely understaffed but i can tell that the staff hired are doing their best, so i will give them that. clean environment and always stocked on packing supplies for whatever i may need. as long as i live in SF i will always be coming back to mail off my orders at this specific P.O.! thank you to the staff for always being a huge help with my small business :)
