- FKFaz KayNov 18, 20201.0I asked the teller if he can help me because it's my first time sending a mail. He sold me an envelope and told me to just write down the mailing address and my address. Since I didn't know what location on the envelope to write, I wrote down both "To" and "from" address aligned on the left side. Eventually I received the mail back because know I learnt that I was supposed to write the mailing address right in the middle, not the left side. I even asked him after I wrote them down, he didn't even take a look at it and said "just drop it into the box whatever it is!" then I did how he said. Unhelpful teller.
