I’m sure these workers are underpaid, overworked and dissatisfied with their jobs, but they don’t have to pass their misery along to those just trying to mail something. I had a QR code to mail a piece of clothing through poshmark. I was told “I’m not scanning until the you have the item ready to sent” so came back with an envelope for sale on the far wall. I put the envelope and item of clothing on the table. The then scanned my QR code, printed the label, unsealed the package, sealed it and THEN told me “you don’t have to buy a package next time just so you know. Poshmark pays for it.” I said ok that’s why I didn’t use it yet, you unsealed and sealed it. Her response? “If you’re going to be petty about it, sure. I’m not refunding you, not my problem.” Just… wow. I said ok and left. Wish my neighborhood had another post office.
