Instead of answering my mail-related questions patiently, the worker kept interrupting me and trying to shoo me along. Not good for small business owners who want to understand more about the USPS shipping process. Also the counter staff tried to charge extra for my mail. Ended up getting my item shipped at the main branch with no problems.
