The service here for matters that are so important, like receiving important documents - feels very unprofessional - and I hope this review will encourage more efficient service in the future.
I came into this post office location about one month ago to add my name to a PO Box and was helped by Carmen.
Since then, I have 3+ mail packages from different senders that have not arrived to my PO Box.
When I went in again to check if my name was added to the PO Box one month later, it was not added.
I tell Carmen about what happened, she writes down my information on receipt paper again, and when I ask her how it will be confirmed that I am added to the PO Box, she responds “I will add it right now” without any further confirmation.
It is very unsettling that my personal information was written on receipt paper by the same person who did not properly fulfill my name being added on the first time, and the way she handled her service both times I’ve interacted with her makes me feel uneasy with how this establishment handles sensitive and important matters.

Worst experience. 90 minutes wait on a Saturday with 30 people waiting for only 2 people attending. Very rude and unhelpful lady charging me, then not able to provide the service asked and refusing to refund me!!!!

This post office is noticeably under-staffed - although opening hours state 8am, the person who ended up showing up came at around 8:20am, with a significant line of people waiting (some who had waited in line since 8am had also left). If you are in a rush, avoid going to this post office as it is not reliable.

No one picks up the phone I have been calling for days. I put in a ticket and they took zero action and simply labeled it as resolved.
Absolutely useless
