- MMMeredith5 days ago1.0Terrible service. They assigned us to the wrong postbox that didn’t match the number assigned to us on the contract. The keys didn’t work for either post box (the one listed on the receipt or the one on the contract). When we tried to resolve the issue, the staff claimed they couldn’t look us up without a paper receipt even though we had our contract, keys, IDs, and the digital proof of a box. They shipped all packages back to sender and refused to hold packages. Staff refused to offer solutions without a receipt and were consistently rude. Days after, a manager gave us a call. They apologized, but did not mention a commitment to process changes that might prevent these issues in the future.

There is always a line out the door and one poor lady working behind the desk. What an absolute shame, it would be so much more beneficial for everyone to have self service kiosks in this location. I waited 30 minutes just to have my parking spot expire and have to leave just needing stamps

I’m unsure why the person assisting me needed to feel hostile because I brought the wrong label & wanted to print one there. She kept wanting argue her rights than talk to me like a person.
