I'm sending packages out of country to my partner for my eventual move and they have made sure to make it as easy as possible. I've even gotten tips to make sure my package safe. They've greeted me with a smile, a funny story every single time I go in. People can be pretty awful to the USPS workers, I've seen it in both locations in the sunset but they take it in stride. Cheers to you, ladies! Thanks for making it not miserable sending these boxes monthly 😎
- GEGk ExpJun 13, 20155.0I don't know what everybody's complaining about. I've been going there for years, never had any problem understanding them and the only language I speak is English. Some of the workers don't have any accent at all and for the ones that do, it's generally minimal. They all know what they're doing and work fast, much more efficient than other USPS offices that I've gone to in the city. Problems only occur when they get hit by a crowd, or they're short workers manning the counter. Still, even then, they're quicker than others would be. Sure, some aren't quite as jovial as others, but they're not rude, they're just working hard to keep the line moving. The complainers are too thin skinned.
