Since he was not wearing a badge and he did not identify himself, I will mention that his shift ended at 2:00 pm on July 11th. He is very incompetent (he could not find a very large packet identified by her colleague only 30min before), very rude (treated very badly an older lady, and prompted the open reaction of the customers in the office), and has very big anger management issues. In order to preserve the reputation of his colleagues at this location and USPS in general, I expect that he will have to take some classes or some additional training ....
