Delivery Problems

Customers frequently complained about missed deliveries, with reports of packages marked as undeliverable despite recipients being home, and a lack of accountability from staff regarding lost or misdelivered items.

AVOID if at all possible. I gave this office a few chances. There is one older male employee cited in several reviews who consistently has an awful attitude. Will berate people in line and embarrass them on purpose. He raised his voice at me when I had to purchase shipping for a package, scolding me about how I should have made the line shorter. I responded that I thought the machine was for prepaid packages only and he repeated his script again loudly. Very passive aggressive, and it was humiliating to be a grown woman being spoken to like that. This office needs to be better staffed for the sake of the customers and other employees who work there. I submitted a survey with my thoughts. Does USPS read those or the Google reviews? Something NEEDS to be done. Beyond unacceptable.

Just absolutely poor service, rude behavior from a very annoyed only employee with 25 people in line. I understand the limitations, but the rudeness is unnecessary. and scolding the people in line because there’s a self service station when most of us had to do certified and services that needed work is completely uncalled for. Just a terrible service.

Working slowly intentionally. I can hear the postal worker saying to a customer “doing it as slow as possible” why the customer asked “why”, his response was “why not”. Is there anyone from USPS reading these reviews?

DO NOT open a PO Box here. Since 2020, I have paid $400+ a year for a Po box at this location, and in the several years I’ve had my Po box here, USPS has lost several of my packages, addressed to my Po bo. As of recently, they lost a $700 package that was scanned in at 7 pm, meaning there was no way to retrieve this package since this was after hours. Nobody at the post office has done anything to take accountability for me to retrieve my package, so I am out on $700 that they do not take any responsibility for. They are not capable of doing the one job I am paying them to do, are severely disorganized, and take no responsibility. The only employees here who care are Mei and Edie.

I live very far away. I don't know why USPS delivered my mail here. Someone has received it. USPS said they won't handle it anymore. I wanted to call to ask if my mail is still here, but no one answered when I called the post office number.
