I know EXACTLY what she's talking about because it happens to me ALL of the time. I order from Amazon regularly, and pretty much every delivery made by USPS coming from this office doesn't show up on time because the mail man won't ring the buzzer to my apartment. Every other Amazon carrier UPS, Fed Ex, even the smaller 3rd party carriers will ALL either ring the buzzer or call me. I ONLY have issues with this USPS office getting my packages. I'm starting to dread even using Amazon because the mail men at 2111 won't do their jobs. I'd actually PAY to permanently replace this office with any other delivery carrier, seriously. This is easily the worst post office that I've ever dealt with. P.S. Why do they even have a phone at this place if they never pick up? Smh
