I can see why they are loosing money and business. USPS employees just don't seem to care. This place is a mess. - They never answer the phone. EVER - USPS tracking says they have delivered a package that has never been left. The tellers in the office shrug and tell me to go online and deal with it or go to the main branch. - I've had packages claim to be delivered. But not ACTUALLY gotten them delivered to my house until the next day. - Letter carriers from the location sometimes don't bother ringing the doorbell - Or when they do, they don't wait the 30 seconds it takes to get to the door. (I've watched them push the bell and turn away). I have had to chase them into the street. - The delivery hours are completely random. Rarely in the same ballpark… 11am, 4pm, 6pm - I've gone online to reschedule missed packages. Gotten confirmation numbers for the re-delivery. But nothing ever shows up. - I then find the package has been returned to sender. - Parking is horrible
