- NNNyahJan 7, 20261.0I had a package to drop off that was in a USPS flat rate padded envelope but had the incorrect shipping label type on it. Staff member named John was rude in addressing this and explaining why the label situation was incorrect. Will be avoiding this location from now on.
- LJLio JungNov 29, 20251.0Today, 11/29/25, is Saturday. The posted service counter hours for this USPS are 9AM - 3PM (the lobby stays open until 5PM). When I arrived ~2:50 PM, there was a handwritten sign stating that the service counter is closed. Another customer was also there trying to ship off a package. Someone "working" at this office decided that they can leave work early the Saturday after Thanksgiving, knowing full well that we're approaching one of the busiest times of the year for mailing and shipping. I hope this person (or group of people) gets at least a reprimand for this irresponsible behavior.
