They asked me to leave my contact information so they can give me a call if they find the package. I waited for a week no response from them and went back to the same clerk and she totally forgot this incident. The package was disappeared and they were unable to find it for me. This office always lost mails I sent. I wouldn't never use this post office again.

Even tried again weeks later. I can only imagine what their customer service is like in person. Last I knew, it is mandatory for postal workers to mann the phones. If I knew where to report this post office, I would do it.
