This place seems lost and abandoned. No tape, few supplies, indifferent employees.

Terrible service.
I got there 25 minutes before they close.
I stood in line for 15 minutes.
They came out and said the line ends here and I and 10 people behind me had to come back because they were not willing to see anyone after 5 o'clock.
If they close at five and you get there by five they should take care of you.
Any private enterprise would go under with this type of behavior.
At minimum they should have the common courtesy to tell you when you get there and I have your stand in line and wait for 10 to 15 minutes before being told you have to come back another time.
I thought coming to 20 minutes before they close should be plenty of time.
Add to this the nonchalant government employee ,union contract, lazy attitude with benefits for life and you wonder why we pay so much in taxes and get so little in return.
Unfortunately reviews or feedback even when requested seems to have little to no input.
Am I surprised? No not really. Perhaps that's the saddest part of all.
