After an eye appointment, I visited this location to send a return package valued at under $50. The package was fully prepared—sealed, labeled with my return address—and I was ready to pay for postage. Despite this, I was explicitly refused service by both employees on duty (an older woman and a late 30’s man).
There were no other customers present, yet both employees declined to assist me in any capacity, stating they “could not help.” They remained seated during the interaction, making no effort to offer an explanation, alternative, or basic customer service. This refusal of service was unwarranted, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable at a public postal facility.
If a self-service kiosk had been available, I would have gladly completed the transaction without staff involvement. Instead, I was left with a demeaning and unnecessary experience that reflects poorly on this location’s operations and use of staff resources. I will not be returning, and I urge management to review the conduct of these employees and address this issue immediately.

It's always been quick in a out but I only send out prepaid pre printed mailing labeled small packages they scan it tape the bag or box shut for me and put the label on hand me a receipt and instantly my package is being tracked. In and out even when they're is a huge line im surprised how fast they get the line down and I'm heading for the door.
