This is the worst USPS location, they misplaced or lose damn near every single one of my packages. They are extremely unorganized, and none of them know what they’re doing, except for Stephanie. Also, the line is always like 20 people deep, with usually one incompetent employee behind the counter, taking anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes per customer. Today they couldn’t find my package again, had me write down my name and phone number, and told me they’d call if it was found.

I don’t normally review places but USPS and this post office location in particular is not letting me share my honest feedback. I’ll explain. Not only is this location historically short staffed and slow (there is often only one person working at a time, which leads to massive wait times / long lines), the employees fraudulently complete customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of customers. After paying, a question is shown on the screen asking customers to rate their service experience by selecting a face. There are three options - happy, neutral, and unhappy. Twice now, during check out by two different employees (a woman and an elderly man) they have selected the smiley “happy” face for me, so quickly before I had time to react. I’ve never seen anything like this before. I spoke up and told the employee that that survey was for me to take, it’s for the customers. He apologized and attempted to play it off as a mistake, but it seemed intentional given that that’s happened to me before with a different employee. I tried to give this feedback through USPS’s official survey but it errored out, not letting me submit. What a mess.

A 30min wait is the VERY minimum here, exactly one… maybe two people at register on a lucky day. This has been common for MONTHS. Extremely long wait times.

The absolute worst post office you can go to - expect a minimum of a 30min wait. Have been here several times and there’s always a line with one employee.

15 people in line at 5 pm. Only one women at counter helping people while others run behind the back. She is with one customer for about 15 minutes and is trying to get a printer un stuck until she gives up the tells everyone in line to leave because there is only 2 stickers left and it keeps getting jammed. She says there were no other printers which sounds insane to me. A whole post office with only one printer? Doesn’t seem legit. Very dismissive when people tried to ask other questions like if they could just purchase stamps which you wouldn’t need a label printer for…
