After submitting a claim online and them doing their research, I was given a form to bring to a local office for a refund. The local office doesn't know what to do. I was promised a call back. My third visit in now they've lost the paperwork, and I've never received a call. Very unprofessional and poor customer service (as usual with the USPS).

When signing up for po box she made me stand there for over 30 min while she went to the back. I have had several points boxes in various locations. Always an easy process except for here.
