Before I even walked in, it was clear that Ricky was there. He greeted me outside the door, walked me in, and helped me right away. He was wildly positive, fun, and funny. He seemed high on life itself, and I found it very inspiring. Oh, and he also helped me print a label. I'll be going back for another dose of Ricky!

I used this location twice in one day, once to print documents I needed for the nearby embassy, and again later in the day when I needed to mail the documents to Vietnam. Rick was an immense help and had a great energy and personality. He was bubbly and friendly with everyone in the store no matter if there was 1 customer or 15. Thanks for your help, Rick!
