I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with the skilled people here, in particular Victor, Christina, and River.

They never open on time. When they are open it’s very hectic in there. They also had some thefts because they don’t put things in a secure storage - one of our items that we had shipped there for secure delivery went missing. Unfortunately it’s the only option in this area. Six of us waiting outside this morning at 8:30, it’s 8:55 and they still have not opened. everyone else gave up and left. But I have a huge heavy box and I was dropped off here, and I have no other option than to wait and see.

Made an appointment for notary services through this UPS store website. Have confirmation email from the UPS store. Arrived for appointment and asked to wait 5 minutes. After waiting, we were told that notary services were drop-in only, appointments are not honored, and we were third in line. Will not be visiting this store again.

Note to self: never go to UPS west portal. I just wasted another 10 minutes of my life there with no results. I waited in line with only one person in front of me to send back an Amazon purchase that requires a qr code and to go into the UPS, otherwise I go the UPS drop off up the street near the station. After waiting the 10 minutes after some one was renewing a PO box, I was finally acknowledged. I displayed the QR code and was told that she could not take packages that requires QR code. I said, why didn't you tell me before? You saw me standing there! She said that she thought it was a drop off. If it was a drop off...I would have done just that. What ever happened to common sense? Rude. I will drive 30 minutes farther to never go there again.

I shipped a hand-painted artwork for a dear friend through this UPS Store, and it never made it to the destination. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy from the staff. When I explained the sentimental value, their response was essentially “these things happen” and “we can’t do anything about it.” They gave me an email to file a complaint, but I never received any response. No follow-up, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Losing something irreplaceable is bad enough, but the dismissive attitude and lack of customer care was truly disappointing. If your shipment is valuable—especially if it’s personal or one-of-a-kind—think twice before trusting it to this location.
