They also had some thefts because they don’t put things in a secure storage - one of our items that we had shipped there for secure delivery went missing. Unfortunately it’s the only option in this area. Six of us waiting outside this morning at 8:30, it’s 8:55 and they still have not opened. everyone else gave up and left. But I have a huge heavy box and I was dropped off here, and I have no other option than to wait and see.

Arrived for appointment and asked to wait 5 minutes. After waiting, we were told that notary services were drop-in only, appointments are not honored, and we were third in line. Will not be visiting this store again.

I waited in line with only one person in front of me to send back an Amazon purchase that requires a qr code and to go into the UPS, otherwise I go the UPS drop off up the street near the station. After waiting the 10 minutes after some one was renewing a PO box, I was finally acknowledged. I displayed the QR code and was told that she could not take packages that requires QR code. I said, why didn't you tell me before? You saw me standing there! She said that she thought it was a drop off. If it was a drop off...I would have done just that. What ever happened to common sense? Rude. I will drive 30 minutes farther to never go there again.
