The couple that runs it is always so rude and unprofessional - I had an interaction where the woman has actually screamed at me for a nespresso recycling bag. It’s always so unorganized and filthy I’m pretty sure there was urine on the floor today. They never open on time, are always at least 15-20 minutes later than 8:30am. I’ve resorted to driving further to another UPS location to avoid this awful experience, and always regret coming here when I do in a pinch. There is one guy who works there occasionally that is very friendly, and I actually breathe a sigh of relief when I see he’s at the counter instead of the other two.
