- IQIhab Al Qadoumi4 days ago1.0No wonder this location has so many bad reviews—this is by far the worst UPS Store I’ve ever been to. The person who claims to be the owner, Robert, is extremely unprofessional. The printing quality was horrible, yet they still charged an outrageous price. It honestly felt like a robbery just to collect money from customers, with zero effort to help or fix the issue. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. This experience was completely unacceptable and far below UPS standards. This store should be closed. Robert, thank you for making UPS look like a bad company

When printing, you have to use their computers, then they charge you not just for the prints you do but also for how long you used the PC. Printing is expensive per page, and the computers are so slow that they force you to spend a long time on the computer. Like, they're so slow that they take 20 seconds just to load the drop-down menu with the list of printers. It also just totally locked up and the staff was forced to hard reset the computer lol. Staff were nice and very helpful, but seemed to think it was "normal" for computers to be this slow because "it's not a smartphone". No, it's not normal, even 10 year old computers should not be this slow.
