- JJJakeFeb 6, 20261.0This place is awful. There is an older, tall bald man with glasses, a beard and ear ring that is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. He was unable to clearly explain the process for using an access point, and became impatient and condescending when I visited in person and later called for clarification over the phone. This place deserves their 2.9 star rating, should be 0 stars. Also, this place has no affiliation with UPS, it is a strange franchise that is completely separate from UPS and their policies. Beware and avoid.

The person who claims to be the owner, Robert, is extremely unprofessional. The printing quality was horrible, yet they still charged an outrageous price. It honestly felt like a robbery just to collect money from customers, with zero effort to help or fix the issue. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. This experience was completely unacceptable and far below UPS standards. This store should be closed. Robert, thank you for making UPS look like a bad company
