It took me long to log into my amazon account to provide him the QR Code for the item I was returning. I had earlier logged into my Amazon account at another country, and as such my US account had logged me out. Logging back in was taking long due to a slow WiFi connection. His patience and supportive attitude was just beyond any expectation I had.

What made me mad was the employee that saw me getting out of my car and could've said "Sorry we're closed but visit us tomorrow, we open at 8 am." That right there would've given me a different outlook on UPS but nope, they continue to have a poor customer service reputation.
