There is always only a single employee working there, and the customers line up and block the door. The employee clocked out right in front of me while I was standing in line, and then I was told I had to wait “an hour or two” to get my items packaged. I feel bad for the employees, they are constantly overworked. I walked 10 minutes to another location and had zero issues.

- MBMonika BorgaonkarDec 6, 20255.0I recently took services from this store. Had to print some passport and DL copies and get it notarized. By mistake the notary forgot to return my passport . It was bit chaotic owing to the question whether notaries in CA are allowed/not allowed to actually stamp the copies. In the course of that conversation and in hurry to attend next appt, I forgot to pick my passport and notary too forgot to return. By the time I realized that the passport got left at the store it was past business hours of the store. I found out the actual store email using the internet and emailed it . I also went to UPS site and used the contact us from their website. Ivan, the store owner called me within minutes and promised to arrive at the store within 30 minutes. I picked a gift card on the way to the store . The owner called back when he had reopened the store and I was on the way anyways. I got my passport back. The owner refused to take the gift card saying he owes a lot to the community . It is very rare that these days you come across the goodness in people which is driven purely by a sense of responsibility to the community. Kindly please give more business to this store!!!
