The gentleman behind the counter was trying to help an elderly woman print her label which she was unable to email correctly to him. Most people would have just told her he couldn’t help her but he kept trying and eventually got it printed. You could tell he was getting a little stressed but he kept his cool and even accepted help for another customer to help the elderly woman crop the label image and email it. It could have been a very bad experience for him and all of us waiting but he was committed to helping us all get our packages shipped. I hope his manager recognizes the tremendous employee they have as the face of UPS.

I didn't have $1 so they wouldn't take my Amazon return with tiny box and all. I asked if they could please do it this time and they refused. Blamed it on the owner but wouldn't give me his contact info. This place and it's people are just terrible. I'm hoping to never return and I'm a block away.
