I arrived at 8am to ship items before work. The store says it opens at 8am. However I waited 20 minutes and it still hasn’t opened. Extremely unprofessional.

The store is never opened on time. When the person that others have complained about(short, dark haired, heavy) does finally showed he saunters in not caring that there have been people waiting. It is obvious that he just doesn't want to be there. After finally taking my package he tossed the receipt on the counter and walked away rather than handing it to me. Not a single word. Did the same thing to the previous customer.

Great location, and got my Amazon packages here several times, but it seems to be understaffed during busy hours. I hope that the corporate will do their part to ensure workers are paid well and get a couple more staff, to improve wait times during busy hours, especially since customers tend to try to “cut” and bypass others in line. This location would make a great place to have an Amazon locker, so staff could attend to customers and customers could even self serve for their Amazon pickups, since I imagine it’s difficult for the staff to accommodate so many customers. As a customer, for me it is a stressful experience. They offer a lot of services, so I’m sure a staff increase would serve both the business and customers best.
