My package was delayed and I was unable to pick it and Roo truly went above and beyond to ensure I am able to get the package. It was a really stressful time and I cannot say how much I appreciate what could have been a terrible experience and instead turned into a happy and not stressful experience at all .

I come here for all of our company needs, you just lost a good customer! I will direct our company to use a different vendor starting today just for the horrible nasty attitude. I would avoid this location like the plague! No matter how close this location is, I will avoid ANY that this owner operates. Bad customer service. Terrible!
