I paid almost as much for the transportation as the value of the package itself, expecting reliable service — but the opposite happened. The shipment arrived over a week late, and when I finally received it, the package had been opened and was dirty. Even worse, once it was released from customs, FedEx did not deliver it to my home as promised — I had to personally go and pick it up from their facility. For the price and reputation, I expected far more professionalism and care. Horrible service — avoid FedEx at all costs.

They expect me to just sit in my building's lobby for hours to sign for a package. I have a callbox I said to use, and the driver refuses to.

I was told to come get it at 630 from this location in the worst part of SF and the driver was “late” so I had to come back again to get it the next day. The drivers are so dumb that I have to pick up my package or they will never drop it in my package room
