An associate (an older lady with glasses) was extremely rude to me after I felt like I was being completely reasonable. I can’t speak on behalf of all of the workers there, but this one instance was very disappointing. She spoke to me in a very demeaning tone and took a phone call with her friend in the middle of “helping” me print my shipping label. On her call, she was cheerful to be talking with her friend, which confused me, as I figured maybe she was just having a bad day. Ultimately, my package is out for delivery, but the customer service was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a FedEx. Proceed with caution and be prepared to be rushed and talked to in a very condescending tone.
