  This is an excellent post office! And the employees look like Hollywood actors. I'm a foreigner, and I don't speak the language very well, but they never refused to help me print copies of documents for the consul, and they helped me send mail to my country. They are so calm, helpful, and very handsome/beautiful. I recommend it.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! I don’t live in San Francisco, but I was in town producing a series of work events for my company — and it was just me handling everything onsite. I needed several different print jobs over two days, each with very specific requirements that the online system wasn’t the easiest to navigate. Fortunately, I had the dream team of Jean and Taylor at FedEx. From start to finish, they were extraordinary. They helped me every step of the way, understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish, and delivered everything quickly, perfectly, and with genuine kindness. They saw the vision, offered guidance, and made sure I had exactly what I needed — all while being incredibly patient, warm, and solution-oriented. I truly could not have executed my event without them. Their professionalism, generosity, and positive attitude made a stressful week feel manageable. FedEx is lucky to have them, and I am incredibly grateful. Thank you, Jean and Taylor! Ten out of five stars! 🙌

  Absolutely outstanding service! Jean and Taylor at this FedEx Office location are truly the BEST. Every time I come in, they go above and beyond with professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care. Whether it’s printing, shipping, or getting guidance on a tricky project, they handle everything with patience and expertise. They make the entire experience easy, fast, and stress-free — you can tell they really take pride in what they do. I always leave confident that my items are in good hands.   I went to the FedEx location at 127 Kearny St, San Francisco, CA 94108 to print a few documents. Their self-service machine wasn’t working properly, so I asked an employee, Luis, to help me. He printed just 3 pages for me. Normally the price for 3 black-and-white pages should be around $1.50, but he charged me $6 instead. I was not informed of this extra cost beforehand, and I only found out when I saw the total. It felt unfair because the machine not working was not my fault, and the employee never explained why the price was higher. Overall, I felt robbed and treated negligently. Clear communication and fair pricing should be standard. Customers shouldn’t be surprised by unexpected charges, especially for such a simple service.
