- MKMaria KorSep 3, 20251.0I went to the FedEx location at 127 Kearny St, San Francisco, CA 94108 to print a few documents. Their self-service machine wasn’t working properly, so I asked an employee, Luis, to help me. He printed just 3 pages for me. Normally the price for 3 black-and-white pages should be around $1.50, but he charged me $6 instead. I was not informed of this extra cost beforehand, and I only found out when I saw the total. It felt unfair because the machine not working was not my fault, and the employee never explained why the price was higher. Overall, I felt robbed and treated negligently. Clear communication and fair pricing should be standard. Customers shouldn’t be surprised by unexpected charges, especially for such a simple service.
