    Utterly incompetent staff. We were out of town when a passport was returned to us via FedEx. They told us on the phone that they were unable to place a vacation hold but that we could send a friend with the tracking number and a photo of the ID of the recipient to pick up the package. We did that, but when the friend arrived, the story changed: the store manager stated that were unable to release the package to anyone but the individual in the shipping label. They suggested we call the main 800 number. We did, and went in circles for 20 minutes as they repeatedly said "we cannot do anything and our escalation team is unavailable". They then hung up without resolving anything. Shame on you for taking $120 to handle our package with care and completely failing to do that.

    This review is long overdue! I had an urgent print project and was getting pretty stressed because a couple of other FedEx locations couldn’t complete the work in time. When I called the Sloat branch, manager Kirin Beck was so kind and immediately understood the urgency. She really went out of her way to make sure everything got printed on time, and even helped with some extra cutting. I was so relieved and grateful. Kirin Beck offered truly amazing service.

    Not sure why because it was a departure from my normal experiences here but I just had an extraordinarily rude agent. Usually this place is hopping with friendly people but this was an unfamiliar face. Snippy. Crude. Inexcusable. Telling me, “I should know these things”. What? Where am I? Get another job, Lady
