  Clean store, most employees were great. Heavier black woman treated me abominably, ignoring me even there were no other customers in the store and she was just looking at her computer screen. No "be right there" or "wait a second, I'll be with you." Just a side eye. Later, another employee came to help me and when he had a question, this woman was had a hostile and unfriendly tone, gave me incorrect information, and then shrugged it off and walked away when I showed her it was incorrect.

  The staff was amazing! So kind, and helpful, and warm. I didn’t even expect my order to be ready so fast. Her name starts with “Sh” (I don’t want to mess it up plus also want to help keep her privacy). She made going to FedEx feel more like going to chat with my neighbor and get help with my project. She was incredible! I am grateful for the fantastic service and the positive energy. She is an asset to the store!!!

  I live in SF and have been going to Fedex here for decades. I haven't had a need to ship anything but today I did and it was for a friend from back east whose son died. When I got in, I saw Paul who has worked at so many Fedex's and he's wonderful!!!!! There was another customer in the store being demanding, but Paul handled everything for her with such.....patience! I was in line hoping I'd get him and I did. He made my delivery so simple. He's not just friendly, he's the most knowledgable person I've ever encountered at a SF Fed Ex. Just to note: I'd called many FedEx's in SF to get prices and none were accurate. He explained my best options and it was cheaper than what I'd been told. 726 Market Street Fedex Office -- that's honestly the place to go if you want an experienced, calm and quickly productive staff. Again, his name is Paul. Thanks Paul and it was great seeing you! Jenny
