One major issue is that the have lost 2 extensive packages in the past two months

I simply came in to ask a question and the store is not busy there’s other customers getting taken care of by other employees. Ray was extremely unpleasant. Nearly rolling his eyes at my question and responding as if the answer should have been obvious to me. And ended by lecturing me at the end of our small less than 3 minute interaction. Such a completely shocking interaction I couldn’t believeI it. I tried to respond with kindness each time but was still given horrible disdain. What a miserable person. I live in the neighborhood and will gladly walk 15 minutes to a different location to avoid such an interaction ever again. I’d give 0 stars but the manager Deandre is always very helpful and kind. Just needs to clue into the type of employee he manages.
