  I needed to ship an old laptop to Apple for a trade-in. But Apple's system was down. Staff at this fedex (Ellie? Elly?) took my info and gave me updates by phone and later confirmation when the system was back online and made sure I got my receipts. This location will be my new go-to as they made it as stress-free as possible.

  L.A. has always been super nice and helpful in getting my shipments processed - as well as getting me blueprints and other copies made.

  Не рекомендую! Нужно было распечатать 100 листов. Сказали, что я смогу создать заказ, но нужно купить флешку, по другому якобы никак не перенести файлы на их компьютер. После покупки флешки услугу оказать не смогли, деньги за флешку не вернули. Я два дня потратил на , побывал в трех офисах fedex и не смог распечатать то что мне нужно было, зато потратил 10$ на флеш карту которая мне не нужна и 8 долларов якобы за помощь с файлом, который по итогу они не смогли распечатать. По факту поулыбались мне, украли мои деньги и время. Избегаете!!! После этого я зашел к китайцам в чайна таун и сделал что мне надо за 20 минут. Посещение офиса было приблизительно в 3 p.m , 03.20.2024.

  Horrible customer service. I wanted to mail a passport renewal application to Canada. The employee started giving me orders like "go grab the ??? envelope there" and was extremely rude when I asked questions. She had me seal the envelope which was sitting one inch from her hand. I didn't know what she meant or how to do it, but she didn't care to help even when I asked. She told me I had to use "courier" because they don't do mail or something like that, no idea what that means. After I paid, she carelessly threw the envelope (which contained my still valid passport) behind her and missed the bag she was aiming for. When I pointed that out to her, she just said something like "don't worry about it" and didn't care to turn around and pickup the envelope. I don't know what the employee's name was but it was the only woman (fat, black hair) working there on Nov 22 2017.
