  a prepaid dropoff (like a return) costs a $10 per box handling fee because it’s a location in a hotel. also it’s a pain to get to in the basement. go to the one on Market or anywhere else

  There would be a 4-dollar charge if dropping off prepaid packages at this place. Go to 870 Market Street (Flood Building) instead, let the security guard know you're gonna drop off your FedEx packages, and he'll guide you to the 3rd Floor.

  After finding that this location was open until 7pm on a Saturday I was very happy as I needed to get a document scanned to send to 2 persons. This location is normally closed on weekends, however their Senior Store Manager, Erdem, had opened the location to support the World Transplant Conference. I benefited from his professional decision to give guests at the hotel or persons attending the conference, the ability to use FedEx's many options. I arrived at 6:15 and due to there being an issue with the scanner, I needed to return on Sunday. The positive in this experience for me, is that I met Erdem, a true dedicated, customer-oriented, patient and supportive representative of FedEx. Not only did he work patiently to try to fix the issue, he told me that he would be in early Sunday to help me by scanning and having the document ready for me on Sunday morning even before the location opened. Sunday morning before the location opened, Erdem left me a message telling me he had fixed the issue and was ready for me to return. I went back to the location and was once again impressed by Erdem's genuine support & assistance and his desire to have a customer walk away with what they needed. Erdem is friendly and has a wealth of knowledge about FedEx and the services offered. He leads a great team as well, having met Nancy on Saturday and Anthony on Sunday, both of whom really seemed to like the team they were a part of, and their jobs. A part of that is due to Erdem's leadership and his string work ethics. You have a STAR in Erdem, please be sure you recognize his contributions and representation of FedEx.   I urgently needed something printed for a meeting. I went in thinking I knew what I was doing, but Erdem stepped in and helped me do the job faster and cheaper! He also took the additional time to help me cut up 100 business cards from a Word file. I was astounded at the superb level of customer service, and I highly, highly recommend this store for all of your printing needs!

  Amazing customer service. Malia, Anthony and Erdem are fantastic to work with. They were able to help me with little notice for a huge print job. All are always so friendly and willing to help in the printing crisis! If you have an event in the area and need to print, I cannot recommend them enough! Worth the extra hotel fee for the service you receive. We will always use them for events in SF downtown area. THANK YOU!
