Probably the worst customer service of any print shop I've ever been to. The worker at the counter complained rudely at everyone who asked them for help and provided several different reasons why they weren't able to help anyone with printing, all of which were ridiculous. I live a few blocks away and come here regularly for printing, but moving forward I will be going elsewhere because the service here is just so awful. They wouldn't print a single document for me without charging me a $50 rush fee even though it literally required them to push "print". The worst employee at this branch I wont name, but their condescending tone, rudeness to me and other customers, and entitlement/laziness make asking for any help at all here anxiety provoking.
I couldn't get my document printed after over an hour, so I asked then to refund the $58 I had paid towards a print card. When I expressed frustration that they wouldn't help me with my printing at the self help station, the employee who had been incredibly rude to me already, smirked and said "Well have a lovely day" in a snotty way when I had just expressed that I was upset and then they looked at and smirked at a fellow employee. I spent over an hour trying to print ONE document and no one would provide any assistance despite there being next to no one in there the whole time and numerous available employees were wandering aimlessly on the floor. Just shockingly bad customer service.

I was wondering why FedEx centers in the city had such poor reviews and now I understand why. It’s bad customer service to nickel & dime your customers. The locations in the peninsula are much more friendly and helpful.
