I received not only helpful (and speedy) assist of setting the document up, but after realizing the delivery timing would be tight, they called the store closest to the tournament allowing me to pivot the actual production to that store. The store manager is a gem. She went so above and beyond and in this day of corporate crap where people don't follow through, I would gladly bring my business here again in the future. I don't often leave reviews but felt I needed to reward this store and it's management. Thank you again.

Harry and the rest of the FedEx staff here were SO helpful- even calling me to give me status updates throughout the evening. Absolutely wonderful experience!
