Employee unlocks the door and closes it behind him, rudely proclaiming “No! You will wait outside until 9 am!” Really? Have we lost all sense of humanity? It’s fine if you need a couple minutes to clock in but at least let me wait 3 minutes inside…

Always appreciate not waiting around when it’s not needed - a huge contrast to my experiences with UPS!
