You can't even confirm if you delivered it to the right address. After you realized about your error you've ignored all my messages asking for an update. Doors are locked before closing time with staff seeing you point blank at that and then go to the back to be remain seen as though they’re playing peek-a-boo with you in real-time. Disappointing and hope it’s just specific workers way too eager to be off work usually trying to ship packages when this happens at the end of the week.

The staff was very friendly helping me with the door and showing me how to pack the items appropriately without potential damage. Paul Keith answered all my questions and took care of my package promptly. He also patiently explained how the process works so I can have some expectations on how to track the package and when to contact the receivers. Paul and his team went extra miles to help me with my request. I've never had such good experience else where while shipping a package. I'm very appreciate of all the help Paul and his team delivered and how them put the customers as their top priority. I will definitely return to this Fedex location for future shipping orders. Thank you!
