    Hours that DHL delivery email gave go till 8pm so I drove all the way out here and they're closed Update to clarify I was getting a delivery to the service point, and the DHL email said this service points hours went until 8pm but the actual sign on the door says 6pm. More a problem with the DHL email folks but flagging that someone should get them to update.

    Tripling the other reviews. They close at 6pm, though the DHL customer service rep says it’s open until 8pm (yes, even after you tell them “but Google says you close at 6pm!”) and to go there at 6:30pm. Fun stuff

    They started to open a box of sealed chocolate to verify that it was chocolate without asking or explaining. I explicitly told the person working that it was a gift. Opening chocolate without gloves or washing your hands is not food safe - yuck. Totally understand the need to verify shipments, but after this experience and poor communication, I will never use DHL.

    The service was actually great. I had a conversation about a delivery hold up with pending tariff charges, I stopped in before closing and (I wish I had gotten her name but she had cool unicorn iridescent white nails) was quick to follow up with my concern and get my package to me. Thanks for being so thorough! The real issue is with DHL’s service strategy. There is no way to facilitate this from home- no email/ phone number available where you can speak to an actual person. It would have been nice to just send an email/phone call from home and not spend 45min driving. Posting their email that was in the office for anyone who needs it. Also, the other DHL in the mission is just an authorized 3rd party shipping and not actual corporate location in case that helps anyone. I stopped there too to just have to drive here for real assistance. An adventure I didn’t need.
