ARSEN feels like he enjoys what little power running a ups stores gives him and uses it against his customers AND employees. Poor service poor experience poor human being.

Alex was especially helpful sharing the many different package options and shipping choices that would allow my sister to receive her laptop in time for school.

I had to ship a package to the UK, and he made the whole international shipping process very smooth and easy to understand. Even when it was busy, he stayed patient and professional and made sure every customer was taken care of. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how efficient the whole process was. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.
