    Horror experience UPS should have the technical know how and ability to scan a shipping label that was generated by them, not having to charge an additional fee.

    The best UPS store I have ever worked with. I had items picked up from an auction house. They were packed and shipped at a vey affordable price. The service, communication and service were excellent. Highly recommend this store for any of your shipping needs. 5 Star service!!!

    The morning employee there is extremely rude and offensive. First he yelled at me because when he asked me what I needed I answered him, I asked him at that point to please stop yelling at me and then he told me to go to the front of the store and scan my box and it would give me a receipt when I did it kept trying to do a return with the my package, when I came back to the counter. He told me to go back and try it again. I told him I did it four times already then he got mad at me and asked me for the package. At that time, there was a guy who was waiting through all this, and I looked at the guy and said he could go first. It was no problem and he smiled and nodded his head at me at that time Arson the UPS employee yelled at me, telling me to not talk to him. He can wait. give me your package. After being yelled at the entire time I was there, I Rose my voice and told him to stop yelling at me and then when he scanned my package, he said it won’t scan go away. I said what’s wrong with it. He said just go away. Ask your employee to fix your package. I called my employee while I was still in the store and asked her if she could avoid the label because I was gonna get another one made and she said why doesn’t it work? I said I don’t know, she asked, “can you ask the employee” I said probably not. He’s being a jerk so he kicked me out. I came over to the UPS store at the corner of Devonshire and Sepulveda and the employee here scanned it right in and the employee here did not yelled at me once. Arson not only yelled at everybody else there but he also was going to charge me extra money to ship a label there. This was an overnight label that would’ve cost approximately $50. or $60. This guy needs to be fired!!!
