  Arsen is very responsive and is always trying to help everyone, especially when I take big packages. I usually take heavy packages and he takes his time to go help me. He is very direct and to the point and I appreciate that because I hate wasting time. Mult-tasker and always moving trying to get everything done.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the UPS Store located at 120 N Maclay Ave D, San Fernando, CA 91340. The store manager, Arsen, displayed extremely poor customer service. He was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to assist in a courteous manner. Shockingly, he kicked me out of the store and loudly stated that my business was not welcome there. No customer should be treated this way, especially by a manager. This location needs serious improvement in professionalism and customer care.

  I found Arsen and this UPS store to be exemplary in both service and price. He was quite pleasant to work with. My items were packaged well and arrived safely. I highly recommend Arsen and this store for shipping needs.

  Arsen had great customer service and patience! Instead of a two minute return, I became a translator for 15 min. Arsen had great demeanor despite there being a language barrier with a customer and other people waiting to be attended. He was helpful and earned two people who’ll now use this location going forward

  DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE, every bad review is 100% honest. We don't need businesses like this in our city. The owner is one of the worst people I've ever met. His online apologies don't mean anything. He is rude and only wants it his way. Do yourself a favor there is the UPS on Arroyo if you need to do returns to amazon and other locations such as sprouts. My issue was with passport photos, it was poorly cut and too small to fit on passports so mine got rejected. I showed him the size difference and I cant stay mad at the passport office they are doing their job correctly. There's plenty of other locations such as CVS, wallgreens and small mom and pop shops that would do a lot better. I asked for a refund and or exchange for an item at his store, he refused to do so and continued being a total jerk by insulting me. If anyone has trouble getting your money back do not hessitate to reach out to your bank and get a refund for any service you did not receive. Good service should be accompanied by any product being bought here. He brown noses to still get customers to come meanwhile he shows his true colors to unfavorable customers. Im not sorry but your business does not belong in our town, thats how I know how bad this place is. For the employees who work under him, remember your face represents his business, you are better off working somewhere else, he will stain your image and you do not want part of that, im very sure you've seen it all, do not be like him. He will deny any bad situation that occurred, act like hes kind through messages. But first impressions matter especially after kicking me out of his store. I will not return, he made it clear he does not need my businesses.
